AMAISING is a Corporate Performance and Wellness Coaching and Consultancy organisation providing professional coaching, workshops, masterclasses, advisory interventions, assessments, wellness programmes and related services to organisations, professionals, teams and institutions.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AMAISING website, digital content, programmes, coaching services, consultancy services and other offerings made available by AMAISING ("Services").

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a programme, engaging AMAISING for Services, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or our Services.


1. About AMAISING

AMAISING provides professional coaching, learning and consultancy interventions designed to support individual and organisational performance, communication, leadership, sales effectiveness, teamwork, wellbeing and related areas.

Our Services may include, without limitation:

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and commercial terms applicable to a corporate engagement shall be governed by the applicable proposal, quotation, work order, purchase order, engagement letter, statement of work or other written agreement between AMAISING and the client.

Where a specific written agreement exists, its terms shall prevail over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.


2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the AMAISING website only for lawful purposes.

You shall not:

  • Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or data;
  • Introduce malicious software, code or other harmful material;
  • Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without written permission;

3. Corporate Engagements

For corporate clients, the Services provided by AMAISING shall be based on the mutually agreed scope of work.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information reasonably required for the delivery of the Services.

Any change in:

  • Programme scope;
  • Number of participants;
  • Programme duration;
  • Location;
  • Delivery format;
  • Deliverables;
  • Travel requirements; or
  • Other material engagement requirements

may result in a revision of the commercial terms.

Such changes shall be mutually agreed wherever reasonably practicable before implementation.


4. Fees and Payments

Fees for Services shall be communicated through the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, purchase order, engagement letter or other written commercial communication.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Applicable taxes and statutory charges shall be payable in addition to the professional fees;
  • Payment shall be made within the agreed payment period;
  • Bank charges, transaction charges or other applicable payment costs may be borne by the client;
  • AMAISING may defer or suspend Services where agreed payments remain outstanding.
  • Payments once made will not be refunded under any circumstances.

For corporate engagements, the payment and cancellation terms specified in the applicable commercial agreement shall prevail.


5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Corporate programmes and customised interventions involve advance planning, scheduling, preparation and allocation of professional resources.

Accordingly, cancellation or rescheduling may be subject to the cancellation terms agreed in the applicable proposal, quotation, work order or engagement agreement.

Where no specific cancellation terms have been agreed, AMAISING may reasonably consider the following factors:

  • Notice period;
  • Professional resources already committed;
  • Venue, travel or third-party costs already incurred;
  • Programme preparation already completed; and
  • Possibility of rescheduling the engagement.

Any refund, credit or rescheduling arrangement shall be determined in accordance with the applicable commercial agreement.


6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with AMAISING, including but not limited to:

  • Programme frameworks;
  • Coaching methodologies;
  • Training and learning material;
  • Presentations;
  • Workbooks;
  • Assessments;
  • Exercises;
  • Tools;
  • Models;
  • Videos;
  • Written content;
  • Website content;
  • Graphics;
  • Brand elements;
  • Logos;
  • Names and taglines; and
  • Other proprietary material

shall remain the property of AMAISING or its respective licensors, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Participation in a programme does not transfer ownership of such intellectual property to the client or participant.

Unless expressly authorised in writing, programme materials may not be:

  • Reproduced;
  • Recorded;
  • Republished;
  • Resold;
  • Distributed;
  • Modified for commercial use;
  • Uploaded to third-party platforms; or
  • Used to conduct competing programmes.

Participants may use materials provided to them for their own professional development and internal organisational purposes, subject to the applicable engagement terms.


7. Confidentiality

AMAISING recognises that coaching, consulting and corporate interventions may involve commercially sensitive or confidential information.

AMAISING shall take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of information shared with it in connection with a client engagement, subject to:

  • Information already lawfully available in the public domain;
  • Information required to be disclosed by law or competent authority;
  • Information independently developed without reference to confidential information; and
  • Any disclosure expressly authorised by the client.

Similarly, clients and participants shall respect the confidentiality of AMAISING's proprietary methodologies, frameworks and materials.

Where a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") or confidentiality agreement exists, its provisions shall prevail.


8. Coaching and Consultancy Disclaimer

AMAISING provides coaching, learning, development and consultancy Services.

These Services are intended to support reflection, capability development, behavioural improvement, professional effectiveness and organisational performance.

However, coaching and consultancy involve human behaviour and organisational circumstances that are influenced by many factors outside AMAISING's control.

Accordingly, AMAISING does not guarantee any particular:

  • Financial result;
  • Sales result;
  • Career outcome;
  • Promotion;
  • Employment outcome;
  • Business outcome;
  • Productivity improvement;
  • Revenue increase;
  • Investment outcome;
  • Health outcome; or
  • Other specific result.

Any examples, case studies, testimonials or outcomes presented on the website are illustrative and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of similar results.


9. Health and Wellness Services

AMAISING may provide health and wellness coaching, educational programmes and lifestyle-oriented interventions.

Where recordings are intended for promotional, educational or public-facing purposes, AMAISING shall seek appropriate consent or provide an appropriate mechanism for individuals to communicate applicable restrictions, subject to the nature of the event and contractual arrangements with the client.

Corporate clients may establish specific recording and publicity restrictions as part of the engagement agreement.
